Deposits and Full Payment

A 50% deposit is required per angler of the total package for each trip due to RiverSage Outfitters, within 20 days of booking to secure the reservation.

RiverSage Outfitters, reserves the right to initiate a handling fee of $100.00 per person for any and all changes to dates after the initial reservation has been made.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to the individual departure.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

In the event a cancellation occurs, RiverSage Outfitters will assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received for the specific trip.

The following refund schedule will be effective at booking of trip
- Cancellation within 30 days of reservation: 100% refund of deposit or payments
- Cancellation after 30 days of reservation: No refund of deposit or payments
